This is interesting, I have the book. Got halfway through, wasn't sure how I felt about it.

I picked up the audiobook in 2017 & I'll occasionally listen to some of his content on YouTube.

Some nights I sleep around 7 hours and feel fine, though I'd be agitated that I couldn't sleep longer, a good example of Goodhart's Law.

This quote from the article sums up my feelings now:

"If you take one thing away from this entire essay, remember this: as long as you feel good, sleeping anywhere between 5 and 8 hours a night seems basically fine for your health."
