What a resource! Thanks @Lex DeVille

Bookmarked and will be using a number of these in the future.
There were several I'm interested in learning more about. I think I might start doing some platform reviews on YT just to walk through the platforms and see which are good and which just look good but actually suck lol.

That'll be solid, you probably can get a good sized chunk of an audience if one of those videos go big.

Have Google Notify You Of New Remote Job Listings ANYWHERE
(↓↓↓ Here's How ↓↓↓)

Was this useful?

Should I make the Craiglist RSS feed video?
Amazing video. I never knew how to use Google like that with the settings. Thank you for that information.

As for the Craigslist notifications, you can actually use IFTTT for that. Simply attach it to your email and say what you are looking for in CL and it will email you.

As for remote jobs on CL I have found that most of the time, the prospective client expects you to be local to them. There may be other jobs where remote is available but those may be few and far between at least in my experience using Search Tempest and that is why I have basically given up on CL.

Thanks again for the video!

Has anyone used any of these with success? I'm looking for a freelance B2B sales person mainly for closing phone sales in the U.S and short of hiring 3 people and keeping the best ones (which I don't have the budget for) I wanted to test one to start with.

I tried Peopleperhour.com and didn't see great results, but still keen to keep going to find a good resource. Any ideas? If there's a thread already about this, please let me know and I'll check that out.

Why not go through Upwork? It's still the best freelance platform, and has the best quality. Beyond that there are a couple other places:

1. The Fastlane Forum
You could take out a marketplace ad here. Surely there are driven entrepreneurs on this forum looking for a sales role to get started with. You may find advanced sales people or you may have to train them up a bit.

2. Facebook Sales Groups
There are tons of sales groups on Facebook with people looking to get started. Maybe they'll do commission only. I have no idea. Never hired any sales people before.

3. Reddit
Reddit will have sales people, including sales freelancers. That said, it wouldn't be my first choice because of the kind of people who tend to frequent reddit. But it's worth a look to see if you can find someone gold among the coal.

Wherever you go you'll need to define "great results" or else don't expect to get them. It's on the client to give clear direction and instruction to their freelancers unless you've got the budget to hire those who already know how to get the job done.

Hey Lex, I tried Upwork but the quality was far from good, I requested a voice recording from each person and wasn't convinced as someone listening to their call! I then changed the per hour rate to the top one to see if that made any difference which it didn't. Any tips here?

The Fastlane marketplace post sounds like a good idea! I was thinking there must be a job market for students who work from home and want the chance to earn commission etc.

Why didn't you just get on a call with them? If you want good sales people you better be good at selling yourself. Otherwise you'll attract the wrong people and won't be able to teach them how to get the results you want. How is a voice recording supposed to tell you if they can sell?
