I can really start to see leverage as a major tool in real estate. Even with the little things. Take for instance garbage. When we bought our first building I just contacted the company that already serviced that property. When we bought another one I called them and added another account and so on.After some time I called around to get price quotes.If you have several buildings companies are willing to give a deal knowing that they will be making more money with you as a customer in the long run.Also we will be adding properties and they know that. This is true with many things. The more leverage you have the more you can accomplish.You will have more leverage with banks as well. More properties means more equity in more places. Not to mention the different ways to make money with real estate. It's all leverage and the more you have the more you can do.:fastlane:
