Are there any alternatives?

An idea might take you a year to launch, and there are competitors out there who could take 4 months to launch, and beat you to it. But you're going to sit here for 12 months and find out that none of them did, and you could have had a thriving business in that amount of time.

Ultimately, you will need to take action. That's the ONLY thing that's going to ever move you forward.

Few options:
1. You work twice as hard as your competitor, and so get it done quicker.
2. You put together a solid plan and pitch it to an investor.
3. Work out why it would take you years to get to market instead of 4 months, and then fix that.

If one already has ideas, but no startup running, he might be years away from getting a chance, and by that time, an already established company could get that idea and take that position.

One might have no money, thus years away from establishment.

How do entrepreneurs cope with the establishment delay?

MJ DeMarco strongly pronounces: Take action!
But some businesses have a longer establishment delay.
