Some of you are like me.

You are loyalist...To a fault. You don't give up easily. You hate the word quit. Failure is not in your dictionary. And you over-commit yourself to a goal, purpose, desire and sense of destiny, that the idea that it might not work, will not work or that you might be wrong and fail, is extremely scary.

So rather than let go, you stick with it. You try to manage the situation. While in the deepest part of your heart you know, this dream, this company can't take you where you wanna go. You know that no matter how hard you work, you can sense its never going to be what you need it to be. Its like driving a murcielago on a bumpy Road.

I'm not trying to discourage anyone here. Success isn't easy. I know it takes a lot of patience, hard work, latenights, persistence and tenacity. Its not going to come easy. But it also requires knowing when to Let go.

This is a hard topic. Because its not just about you. There are those who follow you, because they believe your vision feeds their future. They literally follow you blindly committing their lives to your cause, hoping for a sense of purpose. And this makes it harder to Let go. But you are not doing anyone any favours by staying in the wrong business. By letting your life slip away as you lie to yourself that its going to get better. No it isn't. It will only get better if something drastically changes.

The more you commit yourself to a false dream the more you starve your future. Learn what you can from your failures, but don't let them drag you into the pit before you awake.

This isnt for everyone, just for some specific people who know its time to Let Go
