Then your business will be in selling information.

Your courses could be:
1) How to make a pizza;
2) How to manage a pizzeria;
3) How to make digital marketing for pizzerias;
4) How to build a pizzerias franchising; etc...

Firstly these courses will be in Italian then you can penetrate the English speaking and Spanish speaking markets
