It's my fault
(Originally posted here.)

A business owner was fed up with his staff always looking for "Who's to blame?".

He wrote a note and put it in his desk.

Whenever the blame game started he'd pull the note out to show everyone.

It said:

"It's my fault."

Then he'd say, "Now, how can we fix it and prevent it happening again?"

Look in the mirror first, then move forward.

May people hear you because according to psychology, humans need a scapegoat in life.

As humans, we don't want to be wrong and Dale Carnegie said this so well in his " How to win friends and influence people " book.
