When you are sleepy - you go to bed :)
When you are losing motivation - do you give up or looking for new motivation ? :frown:

Motivation is your fuel, is the energy which drives you to achieve your goals. Everyone have a good and a bad days. The thing is, is something bad will happen to you, what will you do about it ?

From my experience as a Personal Trainer, if you have properly selected goals, you know why you are doing this, nothing can stop you.

My advice is: :fistbump:
- select big goals and know why do you want them to achieve
- build a habit, do something regulary which leads you to achieve your goals
- motivate yourself every day, and the price will come one day

There is many ways to motivate - watch videos, read books, spend time with positive people, once you will bad, don't hide it, find the way to feel better.

Watching videos about motivation is an action fake.

If someone wants it badly enough, they just do it.

I don't need cold showers, Gary V., 5 hour energy shots, 101 goal list, or YouTube videos.

Just do it. Don't be lazy. Fail forward.

There is plenty of people who don't know how to get this drive my friend. If it is so easy ? ? Why people are sad and depressed ? Why lots of them aren't successful in life ? If it's only about willing, and it's so easy WHY ! ?

I agree with you, if u want something badly nothing can't stop you, but not everyone has this mentality.

The problem with motivation that I have is, that it is a fleeting emotion.

You watch a video and are motivated to do something. But how long does this emotion hold on?

If you watch a motivational video in the morning before your job. You feel that warm feeling in your stomach and you just really want to and know you are finally going to lose that weight that you'd like to remove from your body.
Then you enter your regular day.
How much of this motivation is left when it's 5pm and possible to finally hit the gym?
There may be some left and there may not.
The thing is, relying on motivation to reaching your goal can only get you so far.
It will make you sign up for a gym on january 2nd. But it's not what's gonna make you still drive to that gym in february.
Habit is what makes you drive there not only in february, but also all the other months following january.

The same goes for your gym session, that you planned after work. When you were full of motivation in the morning. Before the load of the day hit you. Yeah, maybe you have the motivation to hit the gym after work. But do you really want to rely on that? Rely on such a fleeting, maybe, maybe not, type of emotion?

Use that motivation to start the creation of a habit.
Or to give you a quick kick when you feel down.
But don't rely on it to make you do something in the long run.

Build a habit to hit the gym every week day after work, or every second week day after work.
The work day comes and goes, and on your way home you drive to the gym. You don't really think about it. You have the sports bag on your backseat and just drive there, do your thing, and drive home.
That's your daily routine.
Nothing you need to motivate yourself to do. You just do.

you are a personal trainer

how could you take that to be free or rich ?

being free or rich is not just about the money . it is about power

the money is the rule now because there are not yet, in may 2017, big crisis like world war and so on

but you can also get power with leadership abilities when society is down

for example: cult leaders

starting a new religion when society is down is the same thing like starting a google-like business in peace time

you have got incredible power in either case

so think outside the box

I don't know where you can get more motivation than thinking about living a 9-5 life and settling for less.

For me asking the question "Why I do this?" after I wake up, gives me rocket fuel to go after anything.

Do you need motivation to breath? no, its hardcoded.
hardcode the fastlane mindset and divorce urself from motivation.
