For the record, I hate my job. It is the "essence" of monotony. I have different levels of boredom when at this place. Add in the part where most of my co workers are Side Walkers, or Slow Laners, and I am left to wonder why I put myself in this position? Why did I let it go on for so long? I am an Order Selector at a Warehouse (Associated Foods) in Utah.
Because this work is mindless, I am free to focus on things that actually matter to me. I spend much of my day listening to Audio Books, and reflecting on what I learned. Because I do this, I have made a very large mental transformation. Compared to six months ago, I hardly even recognize myself.
The whole point to this post I suppose, is to realize that excellent opportunities exist in shitty situations.
