Hi all,

I've been selling things on eBay for awhile now, finding things second hand/cheap and flipping them. But I was wondering, how do you scale your eBay operation? I see the two main hurdles is:

A) getting product to sell. E.g. you'd just end up spending more and more time trying to source the products.

B) Managing listings. Taking pictures, writing copy. etc.

How has everyone else solved these?

Cheers
