I'm pretty sure 7 days a week is overtraining.. resting is just as important
Walking is the best exercise.
Every single day.
4x HIIT usually 30-60min
3x mobility/primal routine or yoga
Watch this. And this is an elite trainer.
From experience, I completely agree.

i train 7 days a week.
Mix of weights/running/olympic rings/kick boxing.
I was lucky to form the habit early in life, so at this point it's just about maintaining health with incremental improvements in physique.
I would say if you are weight training 7 days a week then sure, but as i said some days i train kickboxing or i go for a long run.I'm pretty sure 7 days a week is overtraining.. resting is just as important
Yoga & Tai Chi 5-6 times a week - keeps the mind sharp, peaceful, & the stress level low.Hi folks!

Not if you're training the way Firas is saying.I am familiar with him from training GSP, and he emphasizes rest days, a common problem for pretty much every single fighter out there is over training, resting is just as important if not more important to let your body recover. 7 days seems like total overkill.
I walk for 2 hours a day, but that's it. Lost a lot of weight since I started, even without any other exercise!
I do a push/pull/legs split. I do 5 days a week. Pull day is deadlift, barbell rows, and cable pull-downs. Push is bench press, incline bench press, military press, lateral raise, close grip bench press, and tricep extensions. Leg day is back squat, front squat, and lunges. I usually do 3 sets of hanging leg raises for abs each leg day.Hi folks!

Yeah that should be fine, just go with how you feel. Thanks mate.
So yeah next week is my first week with martial art included in the workouts.
Do you think it's enough that I just replace the gym with martial arts on some days or do you think that I'll need even more rest?
Not if you're training the way Firas is saying.
That video basically confirmed my training style so I'm happy to see that (also a big fan of Firas and GSP).
People are always shocked when they see me actually train.
It's generally light and fun, rarely overly intense (most people think I'm going to train like an animal because they see me as a super fit guy).
In fact the only time i go intense is when i am training with someone who is egging me on (rare)
Then it ends up being a dick swinging contest (ego) haha.
Let me put it this way, i have been training 7 days a week for over 7 years, and i have plenty of energy.
The only times i have felt sore is when i was running too long (tight calves) and when i am lifting too heavy weight (joint pain).
