gotcha. Yeah I just need to know where to get an idea I suppose. I will consider the questions you've posed as well. Thank you!You raise a lot of good questions, but I don't think anyone here is going to be able to provide a roadmap of every exact step you will have to take.
To answer your question of sourcing products, there is an interesting Q&A somebody did that you can look at to get a good idea of how it works. You will likely want to start by watching videos or reading blogs to get a general idea of how a pastry/food type business works.
Next answer the question of who do you want to sell to. Do you want to sell products directly to a customer in your own bakery? Do you want to sell pastry making ingredients to bakeries and not deal with the end user? How can you provide value?
I don't think everyone already knows. I certainly don't. Take it one step at a time. You don't have to know all the answers all at once.
