I have always set goals for myself, but generally pretty achievable goals - ie goals I can see on the horizon anyway.
Today I started to go through the exercise of the 10/5/1 goal setting, and I set myself some pretty way out there goals... and I get worried that as soon as it starts to get hard, I through in the towel as "its going to be impossible anyway". Maybe its just a weak mindset, but would love to hear from you guys how to balance goals that both excite / scare you and ones that are achievable. (ie I will never win a UFC belt no matter how hard I plan & try to!).
On a side note, an execution thread from me is well overdue, but I am just slowly working away on my CENTS business as I have good income at the moment while not being able to work much after 2 quite major ops (7 weeks in hospital :( ).
Cheers,
Runnaboi
