i was like this sweet old man is offering financial advice, i thought he was more like a grandfather figure who's spreading knowledge

Yes, learning to sell is critical to business success

However, I don't need to buy what everyone is selling if it does not advance my own goals

The most I would do with this presentation is look at the language and constructs he leverages to move his product

I only listened to the first 6 minutes but thus far I mostly agree with what he is saying. It is much easier to tap into the flow of money when you are BEING vs DOING. BE is an identity, DOING is most likely, not.
