What painful (to customers) problems are you going to solve?

i will be solving the problems for which people will be ready to pay me. right now i am working on my 1/5/10 Planasy at the moment i am calculating my Escape Number i'll share it once i come up with it..

i am from india and at the moment people are crazy about Goverment exams like (UPSC and MPSC) people want to become goverment officers but they are not getting the quality and in depth content about current events and current goverment policies so i'll make content on that "quality content" and then will use AAA strategy from the great rat race escape

how does the theory looks to you? will share execuation as i go forward.

what problems are you going to solve or solving currently? @Practic

Good idea to start and gain some experience, but the painful problem is temporary (like fashion) so this business can not be scaled for long run.

a) how to attract customers in recession+inflation environment;
b) how to keep customers loyal;
c) how to reduce churn rates among customers.

ya you are right practic it's like a fashion but what i will do is i will take momentum from this niche and then as i move forward i will turn it into some another niche or will solve the real a$$ in the pain.

This is one of the possible ways in my opinion. The only risk is that you will not find a niche some day. Wish you success Piyush rupesh
