I have two concerns with this:

1. It can easily be stolen from public restrooms
2. Battery will need to be replaced very often since so many people will wash their hands. Doesn't sound fun to change hundreds of batteries every 3 months.

Using the water pressure to drive a battery recharger might be a patentable idea. It could occasionally shoot out a burst of water to recharge it's battery. You could make it say "Garp!"

Good advice, just few moments ago I discovered the horrible truth about this product. Looks like we may have to cancel it or there may be other ways around it.
