O/T: HEALTH - How to fix your posture by doing a 5 minute exercise each day!
I found this post a while back and started doing these exercises regularly. Seems to really help. I've also been doing yoga 4-5 days a week. I have a standing desk. But I still find that I have a lot of pain and tension in my upper back and arms from sitting at a desk all day.
I am at a point where I have to put in long hours but find it hard because it puts so much stress on body.
Any tips you have for relieving tech neck would be greatly appreciated.
