Hi,
My name is Vitaliy, a Ukrainian-American living in Spartanburg, South Carolina, USA.
I'm always immersing myself in self-development, learning about business, and I'm excited to interact on this forum.

Currently, I do headlight restoration (3+ years), social media marketing for a dealership (.5 years), and executive assistant to an international machinery dealer (7+ years). I also have my Real Estate license (just got it a few weeks ago).

My question is, how can I go from dabbling in a bunch of different things to creating an actual business system?
I don't really do any advertising. Could that be my bottleneck? And once I have a larger pool of customers than I can handle, then I should hire someone to assist me?

In essence, what can you recommend on how I can go from working for myself to hiring someone to do some of that work?
I know that putting a team in place is one of the ways to build a business system, unless it's a digital asset that you can scale with less input from employees.

Any thoughts and resources you would recommend? Thank you!
