Hello from the MidWest

I am a 41 year old insurance underwriter in southern Indiana who is glad to have found a forum of people who hustle. I have a side business farming which is on track to get me out of the day job in 3-5 years, but I want to get there faster if at all possible. I have read both the free downloads for Unscripted and The Millionaire Fastlane and will get the full versions of both asap (I just discovered the forum yesterday).

Since I live in a rural area, I see a lot of small business that could use a better online presence, so I'm curious about web design as a business. I'm a bit intimidated, but being scared is probably a good thing. I am also interested in owning rental property, as I have experience with this in the past. Looking forward to diving in and learning from everyone.

Really appreciate the welcome. This is a great forum with a lot of knowledge and I'm glad I found it.
