-What are you are least looking forward to doing, yet is important to do? Get that done first thing in your day.
-Read a little on mindset, I typically go for 1 chapter/day. This personally motivates me and keeps my head in the game. Often it is just rereading books like Unscripted , Richest Man in Babylon or The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck.
-Have some human contact. Meet someone new, ask someone to grab coffee/beer and have a chat. Go network. Catch up with people/family.
-Exercise or at least some light activity is pretty obvious, but people neglect maintenance. 10 minutes a day, either when waking up or before going to sleep (or both) do some basic full body stretches/foam roll/ yoga and postural work. You'll hold off on needing that wheelchair for much longer.
