WEB/DIGITAL Graphics/Design for sites

Hey all,

I am looking to get a header designed for my site and perhaps
some other cool graphics to complete the design of the site.

I used to have a monsterous list of places to look but can't find it anymore.

Any suggestions on what/where to find this type of info or hire
someone to do it? Do you use elance or other places like that?
