I cant tell if he's serious in the video, but either way you would never see a real solid investor make a video like that.. Picture Ray Dalio, Warren Buffett, or Sam Zell doing that.. They wouldnt.

Also, I dont doubt he will go broke in some fashion. He laid off 60 people the first week this virus hit and hes been emailing and posting trying to get people into his fund everyday since + he's taken money from non accredited investors and stopped distributions.

It's like watching a train wreck happen. Cant look away.

I was browsing real estate in my city. The former most expensive house in the city has been for sale for a while. Well it is currently still for sale, and I am pretty sure that the list price has dropped by more than half. If I recall correctly they were asking for like 12 million last year, it's currently at 5.5. It's nearly 2 acres on top of a hill in pretty close to the middle of the city.

I wonder who owns it, they must be hurting BAD if they are going to offload it for that cheap.

I second that. The only audible book I have ever returned for a refund was 10x, as there was almost no value in the first three chapters and I personally couldn’t tolerate his narration.

Doing a stunt like this when you've suspended payments to your investors and have allegedly laid off half your employees is the most immature stunt one can think of.

At the 9:50 mark "You mention the word bankruptcy, you'll literally drive your entire google search up with that one word." Grant needed attention because the Rona was getting more attention than him so he made a video that went viral so everyone would share it where every second word he said was......... bankruptcy. You have to give him credit but now you know, from his own lips, why he did it. BTW Elana Cardone (his wife) returned the 10 carat diamond ring as it is not "essential" but the $50 million+ Gulf Stream private jet that's stays because as she said on London Real ,"Gulf Stream private jet is essential." LOL You have to love it!

A few years ago when I was running acquisitions for a large apartment fund I used to compete with Grant for certain properties. He won every time.

Brokers used to call me once the deal was awarded and say, "Well, Grant offered 15% more than you did so we gave him the deal." Was never surprised
