BTW on a macro scale, it does matter but only at a certain point down the road that most similar questions will never get to. One way ambiguity is decided, believe it or not, is through a much larger scale poll but this small sampling gave me the empirical data that I needed. Opposite of confirmation bias. I also found that web site a GREAT WAY to get a quick pulse/poll. For those tracking with the thought process, you need about an 80% "no confusion" vote on a larger scale to make a case for no likelihood of confusion.
