What general business skills are the most important according to you?
The world's greatest entrepreneurs have only one world-class skill: vision. And you can argue that the rest can be done by other people. Even delegation skills can be delegated to someone else so you only have to find one right person to take care of the rest (while you direct them with your vision).
So in theory, you don't really have to learn that much. Instead, you need to learn how to find people who can help you accomplish what you want (read Who Not How for a good explanation).
Granted, this is particularly relevant for enterprise entrepreneurs like Richard Branson, Elon Musk, etc. If you don't aspire/don't have the network/resources/willingness to build a large corporation, you'll probably need to learn some skills to build your small business.
Which brings me to this point...
Where did you learn them? What's you "go to" learning place for new skills? The more specific the better. (E.g: Everybody knows that udemy exists, but how do you know if a course is good, or a total crap made for a quick buck? By the number of reviews/followers? Well, not really...)
I wanted to make a list of people for specific skills but then I realized I'd contribute to information overload. In the end, I think there's just ONE person who will teach you EVERYTHING you need to do to become a good entrepreneur.
That person is Jay Abraham. Whatever of his resources you'll study, it'll blow your mind, I guarantee it. I regularly re-read his stuff and actually this thread made me realize that I need to re-read his stuff yet again or maybe finally sign up for some of his paid programs.
