Well , a good chunk of it. I was very pleased to be interviewed by Graham Stephan recently (One of the biggest finance/wealth guys on YT) about my rags-to-riches story going from being evicted to owning nearly 100 rentals AND having the landlord who kicked us out asking me if I'd ever take investment cash from him.
