Been in the custom window treatment business for 17 years. Owned my own shop for 7 and joined my family's existing commercial operation for the past 10.
Have streamlined the operation with simple reliable systems while working to automate the online portion of the business. My brother does the same as head of outside sales. We've tripled sales in 10 years.
We are about to take the business over from our folks, really want to get into the scale-able portions of the business and learn how get on the fast lane.
