There is a lot more to the sourcing process than just typing your search keywords in Alibaba or Aliexpress. For a lot of information about safe sourcing, see my AMA:Just go to aliexpress.com or alibaba.com and type in
"product oem"..... i.e "smart band oem" or "product private label" i.e "smart band private label" and you should see a list of manufacturers that can help you create your own private label products.

Forget about Aliexpress. You will have no way of knowing if the supplier is a manufacturer. In the vast majority of cases they will be traders, reselling what they buy from manufacturers.
If searching on Alibaba, you must filter for Assessed Suppliers, and even then you must read the full report. Bear in mind that the fact that they have been assessed is no guarantee of reliability. Ignore the Gold Supplier badge. That only proves that at the time they were inspected the business actually did exist at the address shown - at least on the day of inspection.
I followed your link to Alibaba and after filtering, among the 4 suppliers that I quickly checked, I found one with an expired Assessed Supplier report. Avoid such suppliers.
Just one more word of warning: Don't rely on Trade Assurance to protect you. Search for my posts on that subject.
