I think that the idea of failing fast is complete B.S. It's like an excuse to not truly commit to something. Opinions are *usually* meaningless unless you have a significant sample size of opinions, made up of the proper demo, pointing you in a clear direction. Instead of failing fast, have a testing mindset. What are 3-5 variations of the product? Come up with an MVP put it in front of people and see if they will pay you.
