When I returned to the mainland from some travel to my first home, Honolulu, I stopped and couch surfed at a "friend's" in Portland. It didn't work out, as most things don't when heroin is involved and that it came as a surprise! However, while I was there I took a job pounding the pavement, doing B2B sales on a Quill contract selling everything from paper to printers, etc.

Part of the training that has really stuck with me is their concept of FUJI- the factors of impulse:

{F}ear of loss
{U}rgency
the {J}ones effect
{I}ndifference

I'm curious if you guys have similar concepts in the marketing and sales processes that you employ. If so, I'd be curious to know the ways you wield these tools.

Kind regards,

Christian
