Looking to get some feedback on a business idea.

My concept is a mobile optometrist that visits corporate offices (once COVID goes away) to provide on-site eye exams.

I was thinking to bundle this service up with buying a small local office furniture company and use their current clients to provide this as an additional office service. There is a local company for sale which does have an occupational therapist (OT) that goes on-site for ergonomic assessments. I am thinking adding an optometrist that would do additional office eye exams would add a competitive advantage and new revenue stream to the office furniture business.

Or am I just complicating things and should focus on mobile optometry? As a background I have approached office managers/ HR managers with this concept of just mobile eye exams and got a bit of pushback but this was during June which was the height of COVID here in Australia.
