Hi

I was wondering if you have any personal methods of getting rid of excessive adrenaline?
I'm having way too much - causing me heart palpitations (it's really just from too much adrenaline), so really need to decrease it.

I tried meditating but that only helps while i'm meditating then quickly returns.
Exercise is supposed to help but i have a feeling it is just building up a stronger adrenaline response in the long term.

Maybe NLP would somehow help?
(i don't know - i'm just seeking options)

Thank you

Presumably this is real. You are 100% sure this is the problem. Have you thought about what is causing this excessive adrenaline?

It would be quite preposterous if this phenomenon happens to you out of thin air.

I doubt that. Adrenaline response that doesn't have a physical outlet turns into anxiety. Anxiety is basically what happens when your body is constantly stimulating an adrenal response. Try exercising and see if it doesn't help.

I beat psychotic episodes with exercise, I'm sure it will help you.
