I've listened to Jocko on podcasts before. His determination and "no excuse" attitude is so admirable. I recall looking at his instagram photos and it is just picture after picture of his watch showing that it is 4:30 AM when he gets up for his workouts. This guy is an absolute animal.

Read his book Extreme Ownership and its real good, definitely would recommend it. A lot of insights on how leadership functions within small teams of 4-5 all the way up to entire platoons and how that applies to various businesses. Just getting a mental picture of his determination and perseverance in the face of adversity made it worth it, and the war stories within were refreshing.
