I found some great tips from Donald. Good reference for everyone and to use some of the tips in the new year.

Be positive
Follow your passion
Learn something new everyday
Listen to your gut
Be patient
Put a great team behind you
Put beauty in everything you do
Learn to negotiate, because everything you want demands it
Always go for the biggest win possible
Invest in real estate because it is the best investment there is
Take risks
Be audacious and get to the public eye
Be your own brand
Enjoy doing some work seven days a week and on vacations
Say no
Get out of your comfort zone
Be stubborn when necessary
Always have a plan B
Never settle for second best

Great stuff ... particularly like "Think Big" and "Learn something new Everyday!" Funny, I didn't see anything about investing in 401K's and cutting your credit cards up. Hope Suze Orman doesn't find out! :blush:

Trump's quote on thinking big actually changed my life. I remember when I read that, something inside of me clicked. It was like, yeah- why not think big? Like he says, it doesn't cost anything and if you're gonna be thinking anyhow why not think big. ...I think it's kinda fun- and very interesting to see how big I can think. A year ago I wouldn't have dreamed of looking at multi-family properties because they were out of my price range- since I started thinking big, I also started thinking, "How can I afford it?" Really gets your brain going!
