Thanks! Glad everyone enjoyed it. I agree with the article on how you should take negativity from naysayers and use it as fuel to "show them".

Great find!

Mini hijack here: When I worked with juvenile offenders, I heard time and again that they couldn't achieve their dreams for various reasons: lack of money, family support or education. Our advice to them: Your dreams have to be stronger than the weaknesses you are starting out with. Hijack over :)

THANKS FOR THIS!

3. "Get inspired. Who else is achieving this dream, or other dreams? Read about them, talk to them, email them. Go to websites that inspire you. Read books that inspire you. Inspiration is one of the keys to achieving any dream."

This is a proper website for the above, don't ya think?

thanks for the article. But i think it is harder than most think. Naysayers can really have a negative impact on a person's state of mind

O town
Such great advise. My husband and I just started our ministry and we have so many nay sayers, especially his mother. She asked us last week, why we would we want to live on the edge. We are going to use this as fuel to prove them all wrong. She said it will not move from the ground. However, she does not have the dream in her heart, we do. We are all given different dreams and talents for a reason. And yes, naysayers will come and go, and my belief is this, they have a different dream in their heart than we do, so fuel that fire with it and watch your dream explode into something miraculous.

I have a motivator that parallels this.

I have three younger siblings that lack vision. So my big brother instincts say "If they won't let your words inspire them, it's up to you to show them."

So I urge you to try the same. Think of someone you want to inspire with your success and see if that works for you.
