My main issue with iOS/Android app development is that you don't Control the fate of your apps. The worst case scenario would be to be dependent on apps all linked to a single developer account that gets shut down. Has anyone tried, or heard of, spreading your apps across different shell companies so the Store vendor (Apple or Google) could not shut you completely down in one shot?
The app developers I know are always having their ad money, apps, and accounts, messed with in some way. Sometimes accidentally, sometimes punitively, and sometimes criminally. Maybe "selling" any succeeding app to a shell company with it's own bank account would allow you to diversify your successful apps.
