Golf works for me, especially by myself, walking at a slow pace and talking to myself (not outloud)

I was a huge, fat, lardass who started running about a year and a half ago.

I also gave up hate.

Peter enjoys drinking, 3-somes, and sleep? =) I like sleep and drinking, but get little of each one.

I think it was a progressive thing:

Drinking . . . which leads to
Threesomes . . . which leads to
Sleeping (zzzzzzzzzzzzzzz)

That's how I read it, at least.

How I cope w/stress?

Tums.
Movies.
Sleep (not readily available these days, as I do the night shift each night w/our 11 mo old)
Reading Sci Fi (as an escape)

But mostly, I just think about all the stuff I gotta do, and I don't have time to think about the stress.
