Contract for hiring US based part time contractor

Hi

I need to hire someone for IT Account management role on 1099 basis and part time.
I have my LLC already. Is there a simple agreement which someone can point me to .
Purpose is not to get sued for benefits,payroll or other types of complications.

Appreciate any input!
