Just wondering if anyone know what the rates are for consequential loss insurance? (Consequential loss insurance is where an insurance company pays the remainder of a lease if the tenant defaults).

Lease is 4x3x3 @ $150K pr/yr with CPI increases...
But I would be happy for an insurance policy just to maintain $150K.

Company is publicly listed small cap.
