Hi @Madman1996!

Good of you to share what you feel.

First off, accept your situation.

Forget your age, it doesn't matter.

People have success at all ages.

Some sooner, some later.

This is a great piece of advice.

Define what you want in life.

Then work out a way how you can get it.

This doesn't mean that what you define now cannot change over the course of years.

Oh, and don't over-complicate it.

These are great threads to start with.

And very solid advice.

Don't read too much.

Read.

Apply.

Learn.

Repeat.

Take a look at @Andy Black's and @Lex DeVille's content. This is what helped me get going a few years back.

Small exercise if you are up for it...
Deadline: end of the week

Task 1: Define what you want from life and write it down
Task 2: Write down at least 20 things/skills you can help people with (right now - no additional learning)
Task 3: Write down at least 20 people you can help with your skills tomorrow

What if there was no more reading? No more studying? What if you had to get going today?

I'd would be curious to hear what you come up with.

Hope that helps ;-)
hey man i see that i just come up with basic stuff like being healthy financial independence being happy provide value to people contribute to society and to the world cant get more specific at the moment agh skills i am afraid to say that i have no skills

You have no skills?

Great! It means you can choose anything and start building skills without feeling like you have skills in something else going to waste.

Great start!

Now...

You could put that on a vision board and look at it every morning, to get you in the right mood.

I recommend a solid morning routine... that really helped me at the time.

Take a look at the book Miracle Morning on Amazon, it might help.

Sooo...

I really don't think you have no skills.

Skills don't have to be rocket-science.

Example: You can easily chat people up in a café. So maybe some sort of sales experience would help you right now. Then you can partner up with an agency doing websites and bring in clients on a commission. That way, you don't take any risks yet by leaving your job and still get in some experience in business.

(This was just an example off the top of my head).

Also, making that list will help you think about yourself differently.

Right now, you feel you cannot provide any value.

If you have 20 items on that list, that feeling will change.

Believe me :)

Man, you guys and gals are killing this kid.

You driving him up the wall.

Asking him what he wants in life.

He wants to make money, that's what he wants.

Asking him to find a need in Ikea or something like that.

He's too green for that, you acting like he's brown.

@Madman1996 seriously. Sales. Marketing.

Learn some skill in that domain.

Get good at it and offer it to businesses.

Get your business education.

That will teach all you need to know.

Stop running your mind in every direction.

Start moving your legs in a straight line.

And focus.

That all.

I understand your confusion for I had the same feelings when beginning to read TMF and Unscripted . I used to feel like the world was already full of services and I was asking myself "What the heck can I do ?" But if you combine the 2 books with the forum you will start to see new opportunities.
Seriously, read threads in the forum, it's full of inspiration seeing others people's ideas. This place is litteraly full of tutorials and concepts. Also, talk to people, friends about their jobs, experiences, listen to people in the bar, everywhere. Personally I have a little red book everytime with me, where I write all my ideas, every ideas from fantaisies to actual serious. I've surprisingly noticed that I rapidly come with at least one ideas a day, and even if most of them are not really interresting, it's really important for motivation to see that you are actually able to create news concepts daily ;)

I agree with all of it. Make a map of what you want and if you have no real idea yet, go for marketing and sales. That is always useful as an aspiring entrepreneur.

If you really have no idea what to do learn Facebook Ads. I'm looking to start a small agency in the Netherlands (there is a great agency thread on this forum). I'll do the sales/calling etc running the business. If you can in let's say in a few weeks/months, whatever you need, show that you can get some results you're hired(freelance). I rather work with people I have closer than with some upwork freelancer. Can give you a free course that I have also. No obligations at all.

Eventually you will probably need to learn marketing as well as sales.

What you need to learn first, if those first at all, is up to you to figure out. What you need to learn first is going to be based on how you're planning to make money first.

Paid traffic is a GREAT way to learn marketing.

You two should definitely link up and work together.
You do not let an opportunity like this go by if you're serious.

If you learn paid traffic you will learn:
  • how to research a market
  • how to come up with angles and big ideas that sell
  • how to write copy
  • how to make (or at least direct) creatives
  • how to work with the biggest ads network on the planet
Printing cash in 6 months.

thanks

Marketing and sales is a big field, you gotta learn something specific.

I tried this exercise for hours and hours and the only things/skills I can help other people with is a beginner/intermediate workout introduction in calisthenics/street workout. Nothing else. No writing/designing/repairing/mechanical/electrical.

The second thing would be farming, but only very basic things and nothing that useful. I do farming as it is only physically intensive and the only difficult thing is to lose your time selling the products en-gros.

I have been trying for weeks to find something valuable, I have a small notebook full of ideas based on "calisthenics training" and there is nothing I can start now and bring real value or at least monetizable.

I'm trying to think about a device that would help you with home workouts and one of the idea is already made. Guess by who? someone inside the Fastlane forum. Also, content creation about workouts is already kinda saturated right now.

So, based on that, this exercise is not that useful for "everyone", but it can be a great start for some people.
