Hey MJ. I can't PM you so I'll just ask publicly. There's no way to change my INSIDERS's subscription to be yearly that I could find. I bought a 3 month subscription to test it out. This was over a year ago.

On the next billing cycle, could you change my subscription to be yearly? Thanks. Sorry if this was a waste of a thread but I think other people might have that problem too

I had that problem. I had a 6 month membership, but after the 6 months I wanted to change it to yearly. If I could get switched to yearly that would be awesome.

Folks here's how to do it...

1) Login to PayPal, cancel the existing subscription, (under reoccuring payments) making note of the expiration date.
2) The day of expiration (or day after) purchase the yearly subscription.

Not sure if that is the easiest way, but why can't you unsubscribe first, and then resubmit as yearly option?

Having some trouble figuring this out. I'm pretty sure when I paid, the payment was not associated with a PayPal account, so I can't exactly login to manage my subscriptions. I contacted customer service about a week ago on on the forums and the viperion web site with no response. Any help would be greatly appreciated

It doesn't matter how you pay.

Let the subscription expire.
Resubscribe at the yearly rate.

If you paid via PayPal, make sure to login there and cancel the reoccurring subscription before switching to yearly. If you paid via Viperion (the website) then there is no auto-renew, it will just expire.

PayPal has a gift for making things hard to find within their UI.

To see all your subscriptions, open this URL directly:
My preapproved payments

Then find the one for "Viperion Corporation", cancel it and create a new one when your membership expires.

THIS. I suspect they delibrately want to make it hard for people to cancel their pre-approved payments cos' they take a fee from each transaction I believe.
It's amazing how many levels and how deep they're hiding that Pre-Approved Payments section.
