This idea sounds like it could be of interest to the insurance carriers themselves. Maybe one of the more tech-savvy ones would be interested in having this developed, since it could streamline their claim process and provide value to their customers.
I can't imagine downloading an app to help me with my car accident, but I could see myself using my AllState or Progressive app for other things including what to do if I'm in an accident.
