Have an inquiry regarding dealing with multiple partners on a real estate project;

1 of the potential partners resides out of state but has capital

2 of us are willing to put in time and sweat equity with some capital

remaining 2 have capital and want to be passive;

I am trying to convince them to not utilize the profits from it into reinvestments; what is the best way to engage this dialogue?

because they have stated in the past that they want to keep cycling the money for bigger investments etc.

Do you have a reason that you don't want to reinvest?

If you want the say in the partnership, you need to bring something to the table that gives you that power.

Why do you want partners? Why not go for investors instead?

I do believe that @jon.a was asking the same thing I was. He wanted to know why you were against it...

I am open to the Right re-investment; again if the numbers make sense

@SteveO in regards to investors vs partners; this is what i was thinking; thanks for the input

I apologize I should have re-worded that;

I am trying to convince whomever (investors or partners) to reinvest the profits into the right investment; keeping the flow cyclical and expanding onwards
