Do not want to get over intellectual here :D I have interest in neuroscience because in these times where is easy to get distracted and focus on the wrong stuff, a good mind can foster great outcomes and overall satisfaction.

Have you read anything related to this topic that has been mindblowing or super relevant to know?

Mindless Eating by Brian Wansink is a great book on neuroscience.
It has lot's of studies showing many fallacies and bias we have towards what we think we are eating, how much it costs, what it tastes, etc. And much more.

Take a look at a few reviews and see if its worth a reading for you.

Obrigado! I know the book and I havent read it because I am quite disciplined in terms of eating habits :D do not mind or find stressful to eat healthy comes pretty natural to me. Would you recommend reading it to see cues that could be applied to other fields?

Yes, that's why I am suggesting it :)
You will get neuroscience and marketing data at the same time. I learn a lot about marketing from these type of books.

Anything by Richard Wiseman

Richard Wiseman lectured at my uni. I thought merely by being in his presence I'd become as awesome as he is. Apparently, it doesn't actually happen that way.

Terry Orlick's "The Pursuit of Excellence" was the first book that really switched me onto the power of the mind. It's focused around top level sport, but just as applicable. Also a big fan of "Relentless" (Tim S Grover) and "The Rise of Superman" (Steven Kotler).

Thank you MJ! I am very familiar with Carol Dweck ideas since I had a workshop on the subject and have seen the idea repeated many times over the years, do you think is still worth the reading?

Read both Relentless and The Rise of Superman, probably you have a sporty background judging by your choices. Have you read Stealing Fire? I am listening to the audiobook now and I find it very good so far.

I do indeed have a background in sport. I actually think without it I'd never succeeded in business. It's a bit like people say they needed the army to get them on the straight and narrow. I truly think without that focus I'd be in all kinds of trouble these days.

Also in the midst of listening to the audiobook for Stealing Fire!

"The secret is this: To really "live," that is to find life reasonably satisfying, you must have an adequate and realistic self image that you can live with. You must find your self acceptable to "you." You must have a wholesome self-esteem. You must have a self that you can trust and believe in. You must have a self that you are not ashamed to "be," and one that you can feel free to express creatively, rather than to hide or cover up. You must have a self that corresponds to reality so that you can function effectively in a real world. You must know your self--both your strengths and your weaknesses and be honest with yourself concerning both. Your self-image must be a reasonable approximation of "you," being neither more than you are, or less than you are."
