I'm so confused.
What does "homeless" mean?
Are you on the street with a phone or are you living with friends for free?
Where's your family?
How can you afford to go to college?
Why are you worried about 20 hours of work per week if you already work 65 hours?
Where's the money from the 65 hours going right now?
How are you paying for college?
Have you tried getting better, more stable, better paying jobs?
Are you taking advantage of any of Canada's various social assistance programs?
Can you take out a student loan to cover college and living expenses?
Unless you are really, really confident and a natural born entrepreneur, starting a business sounds like the last thing you should be trying to do in your situation. That's like trying to build a boat while drowning.
There's multiple ways to tackle your problems here but you've given almost no information to work from.
Sounds like above all else you need to get a place to live and a job that can pay for it. Once you are stable, you can think bigger and make smart changes. Go from drowning to floating, then figure out the best way to swim.
