I got that too but only on one specific thread. Gonna guess it's not you/us but the thread, given I'm a new face and you're a veteran user.

The mod approval is only to prevent the OP's from post bumping an ad that is months, perhaps years old. If any user comments, those are automatically approved because it is a natural part of the conversation.

In other words, for a few bucks, one could have a perpetual ad on the forum by simply posting every month "We're running a sale!"
