hi all,
not sure if its the right forum for this, but just wanted to give an update on my progression to unscripted . I rarely post as it's not a habit of mine, but I do sometimes check to see what's current.
after initially listening to fast lane and unscripted I chased the idea of a web based business, got my skillset up learning, html, Css and bootstrap. but that's where it ground to a halt. my scripted life is as a high school teacher and this last 6 months I have been teaching STEM. this has meant upskilling in the area of electronics and arduino. through this I have found a whole area of problems that need fixing. we have an agricultural area at the school and I have been creating projects to automate daily tasks for the ag teachers. none of these projects were entered into to make money but to make things easier for some one. the projects have been a big success and prompted more ideas. while I have no customers the result of fixing a problem for a target group has been very rewarding. I am now looking at taking these automation projects further. but have to admit finding the need for something and fixing it really feels better than chasing the dollar.
will post sometime in the future and let you all know where I have got too.
