Thanks for sharing. Very informative set of habits.

I'm a fan of #4 (Limiting distractions). Its got to the point for me where I've turned off all push notifications on my phone. In fact my phone is currently off to the side somewhere.

Would have loved to read it but forcing me to sign up for a service I don't want isn't a price I'm going to pay.

EDIT: Couldn't see the "X" of the X-out on the popup signup form. They might want to make it a bit more prominent as people are used to seeing it at the top right, not top left. I totally missed it.

Our kids go back to school this week, so the Black household is back into a highly timebound routine.

I'm making this first week in September my "New Year" and have already started it off with better habits than last year (like going to bed last night at 10am - the first time in 7 years).

I'll be adapting Jason's programme, that post linked to above, and MJ's sheet to make a programme and new habits that fit me.
