I agree. Great job, MJ and the moderating team. This place runs as smoothly and efficiently as anything I've ever been a part of! I'm sure we all appreciate all the time and effort you guys have put into this. I, for one, do!

Let's all hope for a great future here. There's a wealth of information here, and if we can continue that trend, I have no doubts that it will happen.

Doh. I thought this would be about real estate I agree with you guys though, we obviously wouldn't be here without the commitment of MJ and all his skillz. Thanks again to MJ and everyone else who takes time to help us newbies out =)
