I've been a VA for over 5 years and I've helped my clients with a variety of services, such as social media management, research, and graphic design.

To find the right VA, be upfront about what services you need. We aren't mind readers, so it's helpful to us to know what the client needs.

Just hired a new VA several minutes before seeing this post. It's been a few years. As long as instructions are clear, I've never had any issue with VAs and prices are always reasonable. It's just busy work/ admin stuff that I don't have time for. Good topic but dunno if this is getting trashed because your post is also a bit of a sales pitch.

Oh and actually there was one cheaper VA I used in the past and she missed every deadline and performed 75% of tasks incorrectly, so.. advice to anyone else is to make sure they have reviews or referrals. Ease them in so you can trust them with your project, etc
