Hello Everyone
Ive been on this group for a couple of months and am a fairly new entrepreneur. I started a commercial cleaning business with two other cleaning professional's and have reached 5k per month in revenue in a 5 months. My role is more hands off and is primarily managing clients we have keeping them happy and marketing/find new contracts. I built a website and building a new one with better SEO, and have been gaining clients but I want to 10x my contracts by the end of year and am pretty restless about it. I just want o learn and connect with other commercial cleaning business owners and gain some insight on how they built up their contracts in their local communities. Also for any business owners any common issues they have had with these services. Any input is appreciated.
